success week after week, its so rewarding. hubby is losing as well - we're both excited. in the process of moving, so my schedule starting to get hectic, going to do my best to get healthy options when the kitchen is packed in boxes for 4 weeks.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
