Crap! The calories look good, but soup and salad at the Olive Garden killed me on carbs. And I thought I was being soooo good.

Well hopefully you were able to avoid the breadsticks. Not sure if I could do that no matter how good my intentions were. And minestrone soup does have pasta in it, therefore the carbs. Just take this as a learning experience.
