I got more exercise in today. More than the last week anyway. Going to do SOME KIND of exercise from now on. I'm way too stuck and not losing. Hopefully, that will help

Great job on getting the exercise in, it's so easy for me to let the day 'slip by' w/o exercising - let's use this one as an example;)
I read your intro/profile, and I can relate to the being laid off, home, depressive prone stuff... even though it's hard, get out of the house, and go to a park and walk/think/smell fresh air, say hello to someone new. I get stuck in my house, but just step out and enjoy the day - I feel better every time.
btw - nice progress on your chart! Keep up the good work.
