Breakfast: coffee w/sugar free hazelnut
eggs w/cheese
Lunch: meat, usually chicken thighs (2)
Dinner: vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
tomatoes, cucumbers w/regular Ranch dressing
also: sometimes, more meat if extra hungry
Snack: Atkins bar
140.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.8 lb a week

It would be really really helpful if you headed over to atkins.com to take the free lessons there about how to do Atkins. Induction is 20 NET carbs per day, not less, with 12-15 of them coming from veggies. The veggies are non-negotiable. Total Carbs - Fiber = NET carbs Women need to eat 4-6 oz of protein per meal. Women must eat at least 1500-1800 calories per day.

CRM 1981 BRKFST: Coffee w/sugarFree Hazelnut 4 tbs 8.0 2 Eggs w/cheese 1.2, + .4= 1.6 LUNCH: 2 Chicken thighs 0 DIN: Veg-(Broc 1/2 c .8), (caul 1/2 c 1.4), (1/2 c carrots 2.5) = 4.7 Chicken thigh 0 Snack: Atkins Bar 3.0 1/2 glass red wine 1.8 Total net carbs 19.10 Plenty of protein (approx 12-18 oz of chicken + 2 eggs = 12.0) only 5.0 veggies counting green peppers in eggs, so I'll give you that one, and I will work on more veggies.
