Woooo! I am a hurtin unit!! Went to the gym yesterday and busted my butt! It's a good kind of pain though and I am going to go back around noon today to do it all over again! :) Today my part time trainer is supposed to do before pictures, measurements and an official weigh in. We really should have done these 3 weeks ago when I started. I know I have lost a few pounds. I wonder if I have lost any girth (inches, cm?). Still don't feel any differences in my clothes, but I suppose that will come in time. :) Hubby made a nice breakfast this morning to make sure I was fed before I go. Thank you! <3
