Well, the girls in my office had their first weigh in and they lost about 6lbs each on weight watchers. I have lost on my own diet of calorie counting. I do not want to pay to loose weight. I have competition here to do it on my own. I know I can loose the 10lbs. I just have to figure out what works for me.
