Have suffered a major back injury since last Friday. Has slowed my exercise to a complete stand still.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I understand the set back. All exercise is at a stand still here also. Things have happened with the kids, and I am stuck in the apartment for the next couple of days. More time in the house, more time around food, more time to eat. :( On the up side, instead of eating Ice cream last night at mid-night. Had a banana/cocoa/almond milk shake. :)
