Lowering my RDI to around 1300 to see if I can shake things up a bit. WebMD calculated an RDI of 1332 in order to lose 2 lbs a week, so we'll see if that will give me a boost in weight loss. I've been fluctuating between 168 - 172 for too long and I've been exercising 5-7 days/wk.

girl welcome to my world.. i was back and forth in the 160s forever after jogging 30 mins every day in the morning AND going to the gym about 3-4 times a week for an hour long class and about 30 mins of weights... that's why i needed my little diet vk..lol. however next time i'll just keep going, b/c i miss my body the way it was.. i'm feeling back to normal, but won't weigh in till friday.. we'll see how much work i have left... according to my goals i only have about 1.1 lb to hit my first goal by friday... good luck on ur experiment!

Wow...you were a monster girl!! I just started trying to jog every morning after taking a break after the C25K training. it's hard enough waking up, but then trying to get in that 2nd exercise later in the day...whoa! It's gonna take me a little getting used to in order to adjust to 1300, but I think it will make an impact. Didn't quite make it today, but I know what I did wrong - oil and mayo...arghhhh!

lol i know!.. but i felt awesome about myself.. i just need this time around to give the scale a break. if i don't get to the number i want i need to focus on my physical appearance.. i could have looked so much better during my vegas trip :(.. but i can already feel like i'm getting back to normal.. if i stay at 165 forever so be it as long as i'm happy with my body.. u know?

I totally agree! I said I'd try to get to 165 and see how I look and if I like it, I'll stay there...but I seriously need to get that weight training component going b/c if I was toned, I would probably be happy with my weight right now. What is your routine when lifting weights?

I just remembered that Janisha sent me a weight training guide previously. I'm starting tonight!

@ summer_rain... well what i would do is cardio for atleast 35 mins..usually i would do a zumba/dance class or some cardio/aerobic type class. Then as soon as we were done i'd go do some circuit training.. just move from one machine to the other.. but more so lately i would do a lot of lifting and shoulder/arm reps. My legs seem to be toning up from the jogging/classes. And i bulk up so quick in my legs that i just wanted to target my triceps, arms and shoulders. i was getting really good cuts until i stopped :(.. but i'm ready to start again lol.
