So... I got super depressed for about two weeks because I was eating super healthy, and not loosing a dang pound. Well, we finally hooked up the WII, and lo and behold, I've lost weight. My dang scale is broken. I actually bounced on it a litte, and gained 2.5lbs. Then I bounced more, and lost some weight. The I bounced more... and ERR. :/ Oh well. No more scale. But I do have my WII, which is way more accurate! And telling me I'm loosing! Wahoo!

I feel so motivated! I actually worked out tonight! (And wow, I'm not in good shape - my legs started hurting pretty fast!)

Any who, ya!!!!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel ya on the broken scale thing. Grr. Do you take measurements of yourself too, as another way to track? Just wondering. I keep a pair of "goal jeans" that are a size 12. I try to get them on once in a while to gauge how I'm doing. It's just another way to do it.
