Back on the wagon today! Not a healthy eating weekend AT ALL. But I am human, so I just need to get back on track today. I did have a great run on Sunday and I'm really happy about that. So happy that I decided a bowl of butter pecan with fresh peaches was in order last night. Oh well... I had fruit, right? Seriously... I'm telling myself to let it go. Have done really well so far today and need to stick to clean eating this week. I've been running 4 miles on a somewhat rugged trail and hope to make it to the 5 mile mark by next Sunday. I can do it - amazing how much easier it is when I fill my body with a healthy mix of carbs, protein and good-for-me fluids. =)
