During the week I am such a control freak with what I eat. I am so structured. The times I eat what I eat and how I eat it. I pretty much eat the same stuff all week. Then the weekend comes. Sometimes I'm at my boyfriends apartment other times we are at mine. However, he doesn't have the same eating pattern or structure. As a matter of fact he often doesn't eat until like the evening.

When I'm with him, being all couple-like (we've only been dating a little over a year and a half so we are still in the cutesy stage. Plus we live an hour and a half from each other so we only see each other on weekends) I tend to totally forget my structure.

When I remember to eat it's always hard to get the carb count up. I am guilty of eating an entire bag of frozen steam'ed veggies in a sitting trying desperately to get my veggies in.

This re-enforces the idea that I eat a lot, or well over eat, when I am bored. NOT because I am hungry. Nothing like re-iterating that to yourself to make conscious efforts to change.

Weekends seem like a hard time for a lot of us. We aren't forced to follow any sort of structured schedule like we do when we go to work. Finding time to make your WOE a priority during those times when you are with your BF is going to need to be an important step that you have to make. Just because he isn't eating doesn't mean you shouldn't. Just keep working at it. The harder you work at it, the easier it gets.
