Well after the initial 1 in of rain this morning, it is turnung out to be a very nice day. I had a lunch that was a little higher than I wanted in carbs, but I wanted to get those 15 net carbs of induction veggies in. It is hard to do because I drink coffee with sweetner and that uses up some of the carbs and the dressing I use on my salad has 1-2 carbs. By the time you add them all up there isn't 15 carbs left for the of veggies. So now I have only five carbs left, but I think my veggies are in good shape.
