Was happy to find another pound gone today. I really wish I could exercise though, to get fit as well as thin, and to help out my metabolism.

STUPID GIMP HIP! The surgeon will hopefully take care of that two weekends from now.

could yu do seated exercises? There are many videos online for this.

No, even sitting exercises require me to move my hip, especially any side-to-side movements. I don't think anyone realizes how much they use their hips until they've injured one or both of them.

There are some arm workouts you possibly could do, but yes I understand I have broken my tail bone twice
