This journey began back in December 2011(@ that time 236 lbs)and continues to amaze me about the transformation that has taken place. More amazing is the consistent life style change that is taking place to meet the ever changing goal of eating healthy, taking care of the physical body through exercise, and the mind through positive thinking.
In March 2013 there was a moment of pause and 10 lbs reappeared....no more....not settling for that. Time to pick up the pace and move on. Accountability partners in place is a key to success....glad to be on board!
