On a new mission. Personal Trainer has adjust the training routine and food intake. It's working....already! When I truly follow the plan as it is written, I'm sure it will work even better. I'm looking forward to the new me. 1 year plan, 30 lbs to permanently lose, and 1 body shaping contest to enter. I'm working it!!!!!
