Finally found the courage to weigh myself and I can't believe I've actually lost weight!! I was swimming and walking most days so that must be it! I've still got a long way to go so can't let things slide now!
196.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 August 2013:
1602 kcal Fat: 72.99g | Prot: 71.14g | Carb: 154.03g.   Breakfast: Alpro Soya Original Soya Milk, Asda Blueberries, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Tesco Cornflakes. Lunch: Pepsi Diet Pepsi (Can), Greggs Sausage Roll. Dinner: Sharwood's Mango Chutney, Tesco Plain Naan, Tesco Spicy Pappadums, Tesco Chicken Korma, Basmati Rice (Cooked). Snacks/Other: Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Coffee (Instant Powder, Decaffeinated). more...
