Do you try remove chocolate and cheese on yor diet? I think that pasta is better for lunch :)

I wouldn't remove chocolate (that's the hedonist in me) but I agree with Poison about reducing your cheese intake. I looked at your diet calendar and it look like you're eating a lot of sodium which will make your retain water; That could be why you aren't seeing any weight loss even if you are losing pounds of fat. Don't feel discouraged, you're nearly at your goal weight! Good luck.

I would go the exact opposite. Keep counting your calories. Keep within your RDI. However, you're not very high on your protein. If you work out, shoot for about 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. KEEP THE CHEESE! It's a good source for protein, unless of course it is counter productive in a special diet you follow. Ditch the pasta. There really isn't much good in it - it's mostly flour which IMO is empty calories galore. Also, keep the chocolate for sanity. ...and of course, double check that you really log everything you consume correctly. :) Good luck!

You are losing, but not as fast as you would like. Those last few pounds take a lot of patience. Once you get close to goal, it gets harder to get the pounds off. You may eek out a little each week (or you may get lucky). Tighten up your diet. Increase exercise or intensity. Focus on eating more lean protein and high fiber (fruits and veggies). Processed foods contain tons of sodium. Just switching things up can make a big difference.

Looks like you are in a "plateau". Try changing your workouts a bit. Maybe add some type of weight lifting or other form of cardio. You have been doing so well on your journey. Don't let this discourage you! It helps me to balance my carbs and protein so my appetite doesn't spike. You gotta have a little bit of chocolate at times. I am with you on that! I like the skinney cow chocolate. It is smaller portions and just enough to take the chocolate cravings away.
