Been stuck at 237 since sunday, getting frustrated but I know it will start to come off again. Havent been exercising because of a lower back strain so that could be why. Going to slowly add walking back into my plan today and depending on how my back feels do some yoga as well..wish me luck!

Inflammation in the body can cause us to retain fluids. So you may have an actual loss but don't see it yet. You can stay the same for 5 or 6 days, then drop a few pounds. Our bodies work in strange ways. You need to stay on plan and have patience. We don't always see the rewards of our efforts till next week or later. Consistency is key with weight loss.

I so agree, its all about consistency, and when your not seeing the results you want right away, it can be very frustrating. But just keep up the good work and have a positive attitude and tell yourself you living a healthy lifestyle and not dieting.
