My name in Heather. Im 32 years old. I have been married to my husband for 11 years. we don't have children yet, but I am hoping that once I hit my 1 year anniversary for my gastric bypass surgery we can start trying once again. Oh yeah on Feb 25th of this year I had gastric bypass surgery, BEST decision I have ever made, besides marrying my husband of course. I have worked at my job as a preschool teacher for almost 12 years. I love my job and can not ever see myself not working with children. I say I am a work in progress. I have a goal set for myself and I intend to reach it by my 1 year anniversary.

Need some motivation!
Cucumber slices and crushed mint leaves are good ones to add to water to help. I add those a lot as well as any other fresh fruit. And I agree a cool container to drink out of does help lol
