After making an agreement with a dear friend of counting calories and punishing myself by making a journal entry if I go over 1200 calories, I think you can guess I am over 1200 calories. I should not have had a candy bar for a morning snack. Also I disagree with how many calories .5 a cup of rice is. On a positive note, I walked during my lunch and went jogging after work. I was able to keep pace with the hubs and it felt great to keep up with a marine. I do want a bowl of cereal but I will take a shower and do some homework and get out of the kitchen area. I am great for good people to support me. I am setting a 5 pound goal to accomplish in 2 weeks, weigh in tomorrow.
