Not a great day for calorie intake, but I did exercise tonight to make up for some of it:/ Tomorrow is a new day and I will do much better. I already have my lunch packed and I will enter those calories now.

Very nice! Bad days aren't the end of the world. I should know...

... but the day after is a beast. You can do it! Keep yourself distracted from food. Text/call me before you do something you'll regret, if you want :)
