I am now following the diet regime given to me by Upbeat, my local Council run scheme, it is based on the British Heart Foundation recommended diet and uses the 'healthy plate'. I need to lose some weight to help my new hip along so today is Day One, the weigh in and exercise class is next Friday so fingers crossed.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 05 August 2013:

So, what is the new diet like? How often do you go to the exercise classes? I am anxious to hear about it. I start at the gym today--a little nervous but anxious to get started. Bonnie
