Been a while. Holy smokes! I need to eat more. This may be due to my breakup with my long time girlfriend. Same thing happened when I got divorced...I got skinny. There's your weight loss secret! Seriously though...I need to put on some pounds now.
221.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
