I'm a divorced Dad in my 40s with a couple of kids. I was always trying to gain weight in my youth and weighed as much as a lean 275 lbs on a 6'6" frame. Played football at Oregon and then when I was done there, I dropped all the way to 220 lbs. Didn't pay attention to my eating habits and over the next 10+ years and I lost my CYA metabolism in my late 30s and have weighed as much as 250 again. Now my goal is to be maintain around 225-235 and convert the little fat I do have into muscle. I love the app and this site as far as keeping me honest on my snacking. When I really use this tool, I lose weight.
