Needs-to-lose's Journal, 04 August 2013

Expecting a bunch of our friends over for a cookout we're having today, got a pork loin on the grill, and, here pretty soon I have to put the potatoes on. Stocked up on bottled water for the day, decaf, unsweetened tea brewing in the sun, and my food scale ready to measure my portions. It's going to be a busy but fun day. I'll be out chasing the little kids around the yard as much as I can today. That's going to be the extent of my exercise today, I really hope the doctor tells me I can start using my hand weights again soon so I can get my strength built back up in my left arm. But, until then, I will do as much as I can.
