I've kind of slipped on dieting the last three weeks with a knee injury. I know that's no excuse. Just could not get my walking or exercising in and ate out a few more times than I needed to.
I'm back, didn't gain much but a pound. I'm going on day 3 without eating out any of that bad stuff and have been preparing ahead of time my meals I need.
I'm off to the Virgin Islands in about 3 weeks and I'm hoping to lose at least 5 before then.
