I seem to have stalled! I know that is to be expected but boy is it frustrating. Hubby is off for vacation and it doesn't help that we are eating much later than usual. Plus, when he's working (2nd shift). I don't have to worry about cooking something up for supper. I work 1st shift, so if I just want salad that is what I will eat. Having a meal and eating late is not a good combo :(

Your chart looks great. You still have downward trend. If your staying the same for a few days, don't worry about it. If you weighed once a week, you wouldn't even notice. Keep going and if it doesn't move than look at what and how much your eating. Too much sodium? Not enough water? Too many calories? etc. Good luck!

Thanks Suzi! I have managed to lose 1 lb, so I will just forgive myself for this week and keep as close to program as I can do without depriving. I follow Atkins, needless to say with hubby bringing home corn on the cob it is quite a challenge;) I figure next week when things are back to normal I will just regroup and start fresh.
