Well, at least I don't have to focus on 'getting my relationship back on track' ... we broke up on Sunday. So I'm just taking care of myself, dealing with the grief of the loss, and moving forward. I haven't binged at all ... mostly, the challenge has been eating ENOUGH. I'm sticking with my workouts -- my body needs the endorphins -- and surprisingly, did not bonk yesterday, even though I hardly ate anything all day (compared to what I am used to eating on workout days). I'm feeling better each day, but haven't logged that much food. Will start again tomorrow. :)
