Feel good this week about exercising twice...that is a start!
And I am wearing a pair of jeans today that I have not worn in 2 years!
I am grateful to be able to record all my food to hold me accountable and let me see the "fuel" that I am putting into my body.
We are all worth the time and effort it takes to eat healthy food and to care for our bodies!
