I knew it was going to look bad on the scales this morning. Going backwards after yesterday's debacle. But back on track today. The hubby said that he can tell in my bottom that it is tightening. That is encouraging. And my shorts fit a little loser today. So yea for a new day and another chance to get it right!
174.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
