Good morning FSers!!

It's quite a dreary day here. It's raining and pouring and the kids just went off to school. I will be doing a few things around the house this morning and then off to Curves I go. I have to pick a few things up at Walmart and so on.

I am just discusted with myself. I am up 7 oz. this am. I don't get it. I am really working hard. I just need to get the food under control better. I will be picking up some items today at the store. I need to stock up on some more good choices. I don't feel like I have been doing all that bad. I have not howevever, been recording all my food like I was. I know that helps me tremendously.

I am putting off my weigh in until tomorrow am. I am hoping for a change on the scale. We'll see!!

I went through my closet and cleared out a bunch of stuff. I have two large bags to go to consignment and goodwill. Did anyone hear anything more about the clothing exchange on here?

Do you plan on recording your food again? It might help figure out what's going on. You read about my fiber discovery - maybe that's happening to you! Drink lots of water today! Happy shopping and exercising!

Have you started eating anything new or stopped eating something you used to eat all the time? Some mysteries are never solved but there are always clues. Keep switching things up and plugging away. It will even out in the end :)
