Could not workout yesterday. My asmtha is getting the best of me. But today I was off and run/walking. I am tring to get it right and so far it isn't bad. got light headed and dizzy. I am not sure what is going on but I will keep tring. If I keep not feeling well I will go see doc Jackson to find out. I need to see her the first of November to get my numbers checked. I really hope with the way I am working out that even though the scale is not showing anything that my numbers are!!!!!!!!
179.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
