That can happen with intense exercise. Our muscles retain water to help them heal and can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller loss than usual. Just push through it and keep going. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. If you are on plan, then you know it's water and not fat.
