A 1 kilo weight loss in two days, I am happy :) Yesterday I did overeat a little, but tried to stay away from sugar, so that's good. Now I have to continue to stay away from sugar and continue exercising.

137.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
