Opinion of the day: Alcohol can be a big waste of calories lol. Had a good day out and came very close to going over budget calorieswise. Had a heavier than usual breakfast followed by pizza in Manhattan. Then went to the wearable tech conference with my husband (he has Google Glass). Drank wine there...whoa..red wine is expensive (in calories). I had not planned on eating dinner but after the conference, the other google glass owners decided to go out to dinner...oh boy. I was actually hungry yesterday and was very tempted to eat everything on my plate. I decided on Chicken Stirfry with Brown Rice because it seemed healthier than anything else on the menu. I portioned it out and was content. It was very late to be eating dinner (8-9 pm). Sure enough, this morning I felt bloaty and tired and my scale was a bit higher. It will round out soon enough. I just got back from a 40 minute walk with my dog (day 2/4 Challenge) and plan on doing floor exercises later today. I am a bit stiff from yesterday's walking but movement will help. Looking forward to going back to my normal exercise routine though. Back is doing better.
*sigh* Final though of the morning, I am tired of being fat.

Just out of curiosity, checked my weight after a walk and breakfast and studying (just before lunch). Lost the extra 2 lbs I picked up yesterday and another 1 lbs overall. That made me very happy. Must have been the sodium and the water retention from the wine.
