losing 2.1 lb a week

I did not exercise at all this past week. I need to get on the ball if I intend on meeting my 100 mile challenge. I also did not drink as much as I am suppose to nor did I track my food. My food I was not as worried about because I was following my plan very closely. Today however I am going to get my exercise started back up, drink more water and track my food better. I am happy about the lose. I've really noticed in my clothes the lose so I can't wait to measure myself when Oct 19 comes around. I went shopping yesterday and got me some pj's and I noticed last night that they were a little big on me. I didn't buy any suits because the suits I have right now are getting to big and I did not want to put all that money into them and not wear them for very long. I didn't want to buy the next size down because I have enough of those. I love this WOE!! My mom has a weight problem also and I have noticed that she is looking at low carb recipes. I think that she is going to try it. If I stick with it and she sees how easy it is and that I am losing weight with good food I think that she may try it. Right now my aunt is living with her and she made the comment that she could not cook low carb with her sister in the house. I told her that all I do is have the main part of the meal low carb and then do a side dishe of carbs for my husband if he wants one that is. It has gotten to where he does not mind eating low carb and you can tell it is working for him in his stomach. He was getting a sizable stomach. It is getting flatter. Even my sister made a comment yesterday that his stomach is going down. I LOVE THIS WOE!!!!
