Grrrr...I don't understand!!
176.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That happened to me too on Atkins, so I had to adjust my program. I increased my carbs to 75, and at the same time, reduced by calories to 1500. While I was gaining weight, I really didn't pay any attention to fat or calories, but they are just as important as carbs because it's all about balance.

Get rid of the shakes and bars for a couple of weeks and add more salads and allowed veggies and healthy fats to see if it makes a difference for you. 12-15 carbs minimum daily should be from allowed vegetables to help with nutrition and weight loss. The bars/shakes cause many people to stall on their weight loss or stop losing completely.
