The weight loss is slow but steady. I plan to swim today for exercise.
Breakfast was Chobani Blood Orange yogurt (I love this but the 140 calories are a little higher than I would like so I usually choose a 90 calorie yogurt.)

Lunch and dinner are still a mystery. I am going to have to figure it out.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 63.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
