eating higher fat contents lately due to pregnant wife and birthday parties. Still trying to stay under the magic 2400 cals. Staying away from drinks loaded with sugar.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
