So my husband and I are going to try and diet together for the first time. He's always been lean but hasn't been happy about how "soft" his stomach has been looking so we both set goals of about 10-15 pounds with a physical reward at the end. When I hit my mini-goal of 180 pounds I get an iPhone hehe. I've got a trip to Arizona for Thanksgiving to see my parents so I'd like to lose it by then. I'm still doing a modified South Beach/count calories diet and I've been able to maintain a weight of about 193 for a few months now. I'm ready to take that down to 180 and make my size 14 pants baggy!
