New research says that my eating 1200 calories is acceptable for now, but I can eat as little as 1100 per day for more rapid weightloss. This comes from webMD. To lose as many as 3 pounds per week, I must increase my exercise. Maybe doing aerobics twice a day instead of once. I haven't been jogging lately and it always seems to take off the weight. I will start this today. I really want 7 more pounds off in the next 2 weeks. I feel right now that I am at a standstill. I should probably cut out all sweets including my nightly (if healthy) desserts. The last week I may cut back on all starches, we'll see. I'm seeing a little teeny difference in my clothes, but not enough to buy a new dress yet.
