Okay, my computer crashed, I started school on top of working 2 jobs, and I simply lost my focus as far as recording my progress. On a brighter note I never stopped exercising and eating healthy, however the pounds are not melting away, so I guess I need way more discipline. So Im back fat secret, taking things one day at a time as I always do. I think that recording my meals will help me meet my goal.
