Hi guys, thanks for the support.I appreciate it;-) Well I'm happy tonight and I feel great! One of my biggest challenges has always been being able to stick to my meal plan while at work. I work 12 hour shifts and my job is very stressful...very! I guess over the years I have been an emotional eater, because of this. But had a great weekend at work. I stuck to my meal plan, did not get hungry and I feel great!! I love this new found energy. Crazy thing is, I think I'm a better employee because of my new life style change. Now I will not lie, I did start to get a little cranky for no reason at the end of the shift...I know it was because I really needed something to eat. But the beautiful thing is ...........I was not hungry!!. I love not being hungry..........Yay!!!!!!!!!!!! But I really have to remind myself and force myself to eat. Um,,,,,,,,,funny, this has never been my problem lol. I love food.

Well enough about me. I hope everyone had a great, no cheat, weekend;-)

Good morning all, I feel great today. I have been going strong with my new way of life, I have not been perfect, but I have done well, and I'm proud of that. I feel great. Yesterday I fell off the band wagon a little bit, I'm going through something at my job, was a little stress, so I stopped by a fast food restaurant and purchased 10 garlic buffalo wings, at least they were not cooked in batter, lol. They were good, but the great thing is, Its nothing that I'm craving all the time, so I ate them, now on with it. Today I'm up early on my way to the gym, I worked out for 1.5 hours yesterday, I think I will stay for at least two today. I'm trying to stay longer in the gym these days. Well not much to tell here, other than I feel great about where I am at this point. I refuse to weigh in, because in the past I have gotten disappointed and this is when I cheat the worse. So my thing is as long as I eat right, drink 3L of water a day, and exercise, then I am successful, I can pat myself on the back. Yesterday I did not drink 3L of water, but I will today. My coworkers tell me they can see a difference, so that makes me happy, and I can feel a difference around my waist line. I'm working on being consistent, that's my goal to be consistent. Good morning fellow dieters............This morning I feel great, its day 5/22 of my new lifestyle. I say day 5 of 22 because it takes 22 days to break old habits and start new ones. So my goal is to stay the course for 22 days, and if I do, I know I will be able to make this diet a way of life for me. I feel great! I'm not hungry, thanks to whole grain bread and tofu hot dogs.......They really fill me up. However last night I did eat fish, this will be the only meat I will eat. I drank 1.5liters of water yesterday, my goal is to drink 3L a day, so today I will least get in 2L. I'm terrible at recording my food on the food calendar, but from now on I will try to check in at night to do that. Yesterday I did 30min on the stepper at the gym and 30 min. doing the circuit work out,,,,felt great, its the first time I've been to the gym in 3 week. Well I'm happy, I feel lighter and healthier. My goal is to be a health nut, I'm taking it day by day. I have to work on not eating after 7pm, I work at night so that's hard, even on the days I don't work at night. That's something I want to start doing as a habit, without thinking about it. So I will try again tonight, tonight is a work night, I work 12 hour shifts, so it will be extra hard for me. I will let you know how it goes. I'm on my way to they gym, everyone have a successful day!!
