Good morning all, I feel great today. I have been going strong with my new way of life, I have not been perfect, but I have done well, and I'm proud of that. I feel great. Yesterday I fell off the band wagon a little bit, I'm going through something at my job, was a little stress, so I stopped by a fast food restaurant and purchased 10 garlic buffalo wings, at least they were not cooked in batter, lol. They were good, but the great thing is, Its nothing that I'm craving all the time, so I ate them, now on with it. Today I'm up early on my way to the gym, I worked out for 1.5 hours yesterday, I think I will stay for at least two today. I'm trying to stay longer in the gym these days. Well not much to tell here, other than I feel great about where I am at this point. I refuse to weigh in, because in the past I have gotten disappointed and this is when I cheat the worse. So my thing is as long as I eat right, drink 3L of water a day, and exercise, then I am successful, I can pat myself on the back. Yesterday I did not drink 3L of water, but I will today. My coworkers tell me they can see a difference, so that makes me happy, and I can feel a difference around my waist line. I'm working on being consistent, that's my goal to be consistent. Good morning fellow dieters............This morning I feel great, its day 5/22 of my new lifestyle. I say day 5 of 22 because it takes 22 days to break old habits and start new ones. So my goal is to stay the course for 22 days, and if I do, I know I will be able to make this diet a way of life for me. I feel great! I'm not hungry, thanks to whole grain bread and tofu hot dogs.......They really fill me up. However last night I did eat fish, this will be the only meat I will eat. I drank 1.5liters of water yesterday, my goal is to drink 3L a day, so today I will least get in 2L. I'm terrible at recording my food on the food calendar, but from now on I will try to check in at night to do that. Yesterday I did 30min on the stepper at the gym and 30 min. doing the circuit work out,,,,felt great, its the first time I've been to the gym in 3 week. Well I'm happy, I feel lighter and healthier. My goal is to be a health nut, I'm taking it day by day. I have to work on not eating after 7pm, I work at night so that's hard, even on the days I don't work at night. That's something I want to start doing as a habit, without thinking about it. So I will try again tonight, tonight is a work night, I work 12 hour shifts, so it will be extra hard for me. Hello fat secreters, I'm back at it again. But this time I think I've got it right. I'm not dieting, I'm simply changing what I eat. For 2014 I've decided to only put healthy food in my mouth. I can eat what I want as much as I want as long as its healthy, no more junk food. No more processed food. The only meat I will eat is fish. I will do this for 22 days, to break my bad habits. After 22 days I will evaluate my progress, make any necessary changes and continue my journey. Like I said today is day 4 and I feel great. I feel healthy, light, and I have more energy. Of course I'm taking things day by day. My goal is to journal everyday and workout everyday. I will not weigh in. My theory is if I do what Im suppose to do everyday then I am winning. I am meeting my goals. Its a new year, Im tired of the yo yo thing, its time to meet my goals, time to get healthy. I'm taking things one day at a time, but the important thing is that I am moving forward. Oh yeah I will not eat after 7p. I will drink lots of water.
