My first entry to My FatSecret. I accidentally found this site looking for lower calorie options at fast food restaurants. I eat out about two times a day normally. I know making better choices will help me become healthier. We get busy in life and I am a workaholic. So long hours although not physically active are part of my life I need to re-remind myself of choosing healthier foods. I am proud to join this site and look forward to enjoying researching all the information available at our fingertips. Thank you FatSecret.

Discouraging but trying not to let it bother me as I showed a weight gain. Sad first two weeks of thinking about food, what to eat what not to eat and I gain weight. Hope my weigh-in in two weeks reveals a weight LOSS...I sure would feel better. The part that is bad for me trying to get metabolism up is that I have to THINK about eating more often. I hate that, seems I have food on the brain or when to eat and what all day long. I like two meals a day...fits my life but may have ruined my metabolism. So, I am trying to get in a habit of what to eat when without spending time thinking about it. So I am encouraged to continue to try! Thank you for your note...sometimes just a little comment like that is an ecourager.
