I did ok this week but slipped a bunch too. I n eed to do better about drinking less pepsi this week. I need to bump up the water and cut back on cravings!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
