i don't know where i went lately. just total disjoint and confusion on the part of food. other issues topping the food issue make eating healthfully a daunting, near impossible task. my goal is to make and to consume less animal products. i think that it will get easier the more i dwell in the opposite of what i want as i am thoroughly exhausted by the pressure and the waiting and the thinking. i'll just let my own inner starvation happen. i hope for shelter when there is none, i want for food and water when there is none.
