i don't currently have a scale that works so that's out the window for now. i plan to buy one as soon as i can buy myself a video camera. i'd like to video tape myself eating over the next year of my life to see what i consume. i wonder if it will change the way i eat? i'll upload it so that maybe i can get an idea and store the videos there.
today i plan to start drinking my tea without sugar during meals and with sugar in between so it'll act as a snack and also serve to keep hunger away. i will eat three small meals today and perhaps four smaller meals tomorrow. i tend to like eating several things at one time, which helps to change the taste of things after each bite, keeping it interesting.
