9/23 - 9/24: Business trip to St Louis! No exercise, tried to be good on food. Portions very big out in St Louis, I must say, and home to a rather famous brewery...that spelled temptation for me. No scales to weigh in on either, so I will have to wait until next week's weigh in day to make an official report here. (I know I could do it any day, and actually did weigh in last night, but 199 lbs is nothing you really like to advertise.)
