I've been realizing somethnig new lately. When you are lighter, your body moves different. Just this last couple of weeks my gait has stretched. I take longer steps. I know that I haven't done this before because a whole set of thigh muscles hurt almost daily. I can remember in the summer wondering how people walk so fast. It was hard for me to keep up.
Now I also notice that I am standing straighter, which is using more stomach muscles. I wonder if part of the reason people are heavy is that they must compensate for the extra weight, and stop using the muscles needed to burn the weight.
