Okay, last night I went out with friends to a restaurant...I wasn't sure if I had enough will power to resist, but I went anyway as a personal challenge. We went to Applebees', I ordered a 9oz. Sirloin Steak with stemmed broccoli only, divided the steak into 3 pieces, ate one piece, saved the rest. Where I really messed up at was not knowing that Tonic Water has 32 grams of sugar in it....I had about 5 glasses of it! Feeling disappointed that I didn't keep to my low calories, I was still surprise that I lost 2 more lbs when I weighed myself this morning, and better yet I abstained from smoking and drinking alcohol...so I still considered yesterday a success!
